Today I'm going to talk about HAIR!

Ahhh i love hair so much! I always want to do my hair! My favorite way to wear it is straight... boring?  I don't know, i like it. But if its straight i usually do some cool braid to spice it up. My hair isn't very long so i cant do everything with it but I'm growing it out. The best thing to do when growing your hair out is sorta like a diet for you hair. the trick is to not straighten, curl, or blow dry for a month or two. I KNOW THAT'S CRAZY! (some girls do the whole summer) And its really hard! Its like a food diet, but the blow dryer and curling iron are donuts and soda... but it really does help! Also don't take a shower everyday, although you may think that clean hair grows quicker. It doesn't. It washes away all the good oils that your hair needs. Take a shower every other day or something like that, and always wash you hair in hot water. Hot water opens your pours and lets the hair grow.

Straightening: I always straighten my hair! And lately Ive been getting split ends and thick, frizzy hair. :( So I'm trying new things! I think the best thing i got was Pantene Anti Breakage conditioner. It has worked wonders for my hair! Also from Pantene they have shampoo and conditioner that make you hair straight and curly until your next wash! (How cool is that? I recommend the straight one for people who straighten their all the time).

I also got 2 in one moisturizing shampoo and conditioner from Vo5.

Curling: I don't curl my hair that often because i have naturally curly hair. Most girls i know, who have curly hair, get out of the shower and brush it! Nooooo! Don't do that! It will dry frizzy and the curls will be brushed out! :( After you condition get out of the shower and brush it, then hop back in the shower and rinse it without touching it or running your hands through it. Just stand under the shower head for a while. And do NOT brush it when you get back out. Then wait about 10 minutes and put some mousse or hair gel in it and you have the perfect curls!

Never Forget

Hey everyone! this is going to be kind of short today. I just want to pay my respects to all the people that had a loved one die in the 9/11 plane crash. I also wanna say thank you to all the people who helped with medical issues, fire fighters who gave their lives to help, and ambulance drivers who brought people to the hospital, including my mom who helped take blood for the rest of the survivors.

Perks of being a wallflower

So today i am going to talk a little bit about the new movie "perks of being a wallflower". Ahh! who else is excited for this movie to come out? It has such a good message attached about friendship, love, and popularity. :P 

seriously people! being popular isn't all its cracked up to be. you always have to impress someone, your "so and so" friends cause the most drama in your life, and wouldent you rather hang out with someone you like than with someone who gives you a high standard with other people? 
Im not that popular but i have amazing friends that i wouldent give up for being popular and having friends that bring me down, lie to me, and i get in fights with. i have NEVER gotten into a fight with my friends! Its crazy i know...

So im really excited about this new movie! maybe some people will realize how important it is to just live life at the bottom, not constantly reaching up to the top.

 My first Subject is going to be on fashion! I Love fashion, and my FAV store is Forever 21. I love the unique fashion styles they have! You have to go all out or dont go at all! I have a hard time finding clothes for myself because i like casual but cute, but you can get both there! its my all time favorite store! 
I find that walking around a store and saying "There's nothing good for me here" and leaving is a bad idea :P cause that's usually what i do! I find that looking through each shelf and picking out specific colors or themes helps me find clothes that will stick with me for a while. 
This website has adorable ideas, pictures of sweaters and other clothes for fall and winter! If you have to be cold for a while you might as well look cute!
